A Warm Welcome to GBAM 5!

In addition to the congress, we are planning a social program and would appreciate your help with the organization.

For those interested in visiting Oktoberfest, we have reserved a table on Sunday evening, October 4th, 2026, at the Schottenhamel Tent, four days before the official GBAM welcome reception. We apologize for the administrative requirements, which are unavoidable due to the complexity of this international event with more than six million visitors. Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. 

The driving experience will take place on Thursday, October 8th. At the end of the event, a bus will depart at approximately 4:00 pm from the Ameron Hotel in Munich and take us to Tegernsee, the congress venue, where the meeting will be held from Friday, October 9th to Sunday, October 11th.

Additionally, for those interested, a tourism program through Bavaria will be organized between Monday, October 5th and Thursday, October 8th.
